To get the clearest possible 3D images of your baby, we always recommend these two simple steps:

1. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate: Start drinking plenty of water at least a week before your appointment. Good hydration increases the volume of amniotic fluid, which acts as a "window" for the ultrasound waves. The clearer the fluid, the clearer the photo!
