FILE STORAGE
You can choose to scan some of your images through our QR Code on the Day. This requires you to connect to our Wifi. Your entire scan will be sent to your Booking Email within 48 hours in a Zip Folder that will need to be Extracted. Please use a Laptop or PC.
* Ultrasound Files are stored by us for a maximum of 1 Month, please copy to other storage options.

GENDER DETERMINATION POLICY
1) DNA TESTING : Guaranteed Result or you will be offered a Free DNA Test. DNA Test Must be Completed and Lab Authorisation confirmed.
2) ULTRASOUND : If Gender cannot be obtained from 15 Weeks via Ultrasound, we guarantee you will be offered free Rescans until we do at no further cost to you. This is rarely required but we suggest not organising a Gender Reveal Party for the week of your appointment.
Gender is usually obvious so we will point it out to you but legally no business is allowed to tell you it is 100% even if the Operator is Convinced.
*It is the Clients responsibility to ensure they are over 15 Weeks to receive our Guarantee.
From 13 weeks we can try our best to give you a result however you may need to book a Rescan within 2 weeks by calling 0438884160. A fee of $50.00 will apply for this service. This is rare & only from natural causes.

PAYMENT
Payment is required on the day of your appointment via Card, Transfer or other means negotiated with the manager by calling 0438884160. Late Payment will result in a $150 Administration fee. Debt Recovery is actioned after failure to pay within 2 Weeks, the default fee is a further $250 plus $40 per day outstanding.

Viewers usually feel a strong sense of closeness and connection with the baby as they watch his or her beautiful real time movements come to life.
Each scan will be uniquely different in his or her own special way. Babies have been see sucking their thumbs, grabbing their noses and ears, rolling over & doing what appears to be little dances, it is truly a wonderful experience!
We encourage loved ones to relax and enjoy baby's adorable show without having a high expectation of what you want to see, this will help you to thoroughly enjoy your viewing.

Some parents choose to have multiple scans at selected dates throughout their whole pregnancy. This is a great option if you want a full Pregnancy Ultrasound Diary to keep and show son or daughter years later.
ARE ULTRASOUNDS SAFE?
Ultrasound has been used for over a decade. With extensive research there is nothing to suggest any harm to the pregnancy, mother or baby.
WHAT IS NON-DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND?
NON-DIAGNOSTIC (Elective) ULTRASOUND does not replace your recommended DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUNDS as advised by your physician. We do not give you any diagnostic measurements that your physician will need.
WHAT HAPPENS AT A BABYVIEW APPOINTMENT?
Our friendly all female team will welcome you upon arriving. The mother remains fully clothed in her own comfortable clothing that can easily show the tummy.
Mum lays in a comfortable position and she is given a towel to tuck into her clothing.
There is no need to push on probes (transducers) and we have ultrasound gel warmers for ultimate comfort!
Now you will start your amazing Baby Viewing Experience!
Quality and quantity of images and video depend on the pregnancy week, the mother's hydration and baby's position at the time of scanning.
Please be patient with our Operators as it can take time. You may be asked to drink cold water or walk around, apply gentle pressure using the palm of your hand and in some rare cases, come back later in the day.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY ULTRASOUND?
- You can book any time without a Physician/Doctor Referral.
- Some like to have their first scan from 6 weeks.
- Heartbeats are gained after 7 weeks.
- Gender Determination is offered from 15 Weeks.
- From 24 weeks the facial features are more prominent as bubs puts on approximately 250 grams of body fat each week. Fingers and toes look more distinctive and can be seen wriggling or being sucked on.
- For Facial Features most clients book between 28 to 34 weeks.
- Keep in mind the further you are in your pregnancy, the less room your baby has to move and can become squished.
